Host College/University: The Hague University of Applied Sciences

The University is in constant quest for competent, talented, and ambitious youths who consider themselves as global citizens. It offers 54 (one-time) scholarships, each worth EUR 5000, every year. This scholarship to study in the UK for Indian students is offered to prospective bachelor’s and master’s degree students.

Eligibility: You are eligible for the scholarship only if you:

  • come from outside the European Union (and not from  Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or Surinam).
  • are applying to the university for the first time.
  • are capable of paying the full institutional tuition fee rate.
  • have never applied for this scholarship before.
  • have not applied for the Holland Scholarship.

  • Transform Together Scholarship

Host college/university: Sheffield Hallam University

Transform Together Scholarships are exclusively for international and European Union (non-UK) students starting a full-time taught course in the university. A half fee waiver (50% discount) is available for postgraduate courses and for of an undergraduate degree (for each year).

Eligibility: only that candidate is eligible to apply for the scholarship who:

  • is an international or a European Union (non-UK) fee paying student.
  • has achieved or exceeded the English and academic entry requirements for the course. If you are awarded an undergraduate scholarship, you must successfully complete each year of study to continue to receive the fee waiver.
  • Birkbeck-GREAT India Scholarship Programme

Host college/university: Birkbeck University of London

Birkbeck-GREAT India Scholarship Programme is a joint programme funded by GREAT and Birkbeck. Birkbeck’s scholarship for Indian students to study in UK will be offering 5 jointly funded scholarships worth £5,000 each, under its scholarship program for 2017/18.

Eligibility: Candidate must have an Indian passport. S/he must have minimum accepted grades varying from 60–80%,  depending on the examining board.

This scholarship for Indian students to study in the UK is worth one year’s tuition fee. It is open to all international undergraduate students studying for 4 years or more at the University of Aberdeen (excluding Medicine).

  • classed as international for the purposes of tuition fees
  • registered on an undergraduate degree (except Medicine) and have completed three (3) years of study at the University in order to receive the scholarship in your fourth year.

Host college/university: University of Sheffield

The University of Sheffield offers a number of scholarships to the potential students. Students with exceptional academic excellence can get more than one scholarship to pursue education from the University.

Eligibility: All applicants are required to have an internationally recognised English language qualification such as IELTS or equivalent. The minimum score that is accepted for entry, in line with UKBA regulations, is IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Standard XII English Language with at least 70% or above is generally accepted, too. Please note that some departments may require a higher score.
