There is an abundance of mobile applications teaching meditation. So you can learn to meditate in the comfort of your home. You need to be consistent and determined, though.

The reasons I have mentioned here might be a few. But they are some of the life-altering ones. Meditation is something that has no downsides. Even 5 minutes each day will only bring out positive changes.
