Overview

Sairam Shipping Science Institute established in Puducherry, 3 Km fromVillianur, Puducherry. It started on 9th August of 2010 with the blessings of Shirdi Sai and the Embodiment of a successful businessman, our Chairman Mr.MJF.Ln.Leo Muthu. The College is affiliated to Indian Maritime University, Chennai.

he College though stepping into the successful completion of first year, the students have proved themselves with flying colours by securing 100% results during the Semester I examination held during December 2010 by IMU. And obviously this was possible because of our sincere and dedicated staff members and the initiative that was taken by them to bring out this remarkable result.

SSSI provide a learning environment that will prepare our cadets not only to face the situations in ship but also in their personal life, Cadets are provided with spacious class-rooms, well-equipped laboratories, computer laboratory, outdoor games and for indoor games, Gymnasium equipments , excellent boarding and lodging facilities.
