Overview
Established in 1949 as the Xavier Labor Relations Institute, XLRI is India's oldest business management school. The Jesuit-managed school offers a full-time, 2-year, postgraduate program in Business Management, Personnel Management, & Industrial Relations (re-christened as Human Resources Management in 2011) and a Global MBA, 15-month, full-time, General Management program (PGDM-GM), a fellow doctoral program (FPM) and several executive education programs. XLRI started off by offering courses for management and trade unions in 1949 before setting up a two-year, full-time program in industrial welfare in 1953.

Course Eligibility
Candidate should have passed his / her Bachelor's degree in any discipline, be employed in a full-time job, must have at least five years of managerial experience as on March 31, 2017 in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector after completing graduation. Admission will be based on Interview.
Course Eligibility
Candidate should have Post Graduate Diploma Management or GMP / PGPX or One Year full-time residential programme in Management securing minimum 60% marks in relevant field from any recognized University. Candidate should have at least 5 years of full-time executive / managerial / teaching / research.
